Service Description:
FACT is a community based assessment, intervention and support service for people with mental health problems who have offended or are at risk of offending.
it screens people who become or ar at risk of becoming involved with the criminal justice system and refers into the mental health service if appropriate.
The workers also offer short term follow-up and support, as well as advice, information and liaison to other practitioners.
They also provide an on call service to the police only over the weekends and bank holidays 8.00am - 11.00pm.

Referrals:
Referrals accepted from all sources including self referral and the relatives of those in police custody. Contact by phone.
