Service Description:
City and rural drop-in services for people experiencing social, emotional or mental health needs. We aim to offer a friendly place to come and meet other people who may be experiencing similar difficulties as well as support and information around benefits, housing and other mental health issues.

All the Centres offer a mix of structured and unstructured group activities. Hereford, Leominster and Ledbury provide inexpensive meals and the other Centres by arrangement.

All drop-in services offer educational and recreational courses throughout the year. The City Service and Ross Drop-in offers very low-cost alternative therapies by appointment only. A variety of activities are available to include, trips to interesting places, Information Technology (IT) facilities and a mix of arts and crafts sessions.

Opportunities to take part in women or men only groups are arranged as required.

Referral route:

Contact the service by phone or drop-in and we will arrange an informal meeting with a member of staff. If you do decide to come, we arrange a review after the first month to see whether the service is meeting your needs or if changes need to be made.

Charges:

Admission: 90p

Meals: £1.50 - £2.10

Disabled Access:

The Hereford Centre is fully accessible with appropriate ramps, stairlift and toilets. Facilities at the rural centres are less well equipped for people with disabilities. Check with the individual centres.
