Service Description:
Residential Nursing Care Home for adults (18+) with long-term mental
health problems. The home offers individual programmes of care to
a group of 14 residents in a comfortable and homely environment.
Hours:
24 hours, 365 days a year
Charges:
Local Authority Residential Care rates - available on request
Referrals:
The Shires will receive a referral from anybody, but most are made
by mental health professionals. Anyone referred is assessed by Shires
staff, a Psychologist, and GP before any offer of admission can
be made.
All residents are initially admitted for a trial period of three
months.
