We provide a service that offers:

• Support to people who live in their own homes

Accommodation with Support

Working with our housing association partners we offer supported accommodation as a ‘stepping stone’ for people who wish to secure their own accommodation choice in the future. We provide a flexible support service throughout the week including evenings and weekends.

Community Support

We visit people in their own homes and provide flexible support throughout the week including evenings and weekends to facilitate access to community opportunities and resources.

The service offers support with accessing:

• Community resources

• Educational opportunities

• Housing

• Leisure pursuits

• Training for work opportunities

And assistance with:

• Benefits

• Budgeting skills

• Developing social opportunities

• Maintaining and developing chosen support networks

• Practical tasks associated with daily living

• Tenancy sustainment
