The following organisations have contracts with the Local Authority to provide Home Care Services to clients of Herefordshire Social Services and Housing. Access to services is therefore via a Community Care Assessment carried out by a Community Mental Health Team.
They also undertake private work with individuals in their own homes and provide a range of home care services to disabled and older people, and to people with mental health problems.
Rates vary between organisations and according to times/days of service.
