Service Description:
The Shaw Trust is a nationwide organisation that enables disabled
and disadvataged people to find routes to work.
The Herefordshire Mental Health Employment Project places and supports
clients into voluntary work, therapeutic earnings, training programmes,
educational courses and occasionally full time work. The project
is funded by Herefordshire Social Services with no charges to its
clients
Referrals:
The Herefordshire Project takes referrals only from Mental Health
Services and Herefordshire Mind. No self referrals accepted.

Service Description:
A Recycling project that provides supportive employment to people
disabled for reasons of health, disability or enduring mental health
problems. The Project has a contract to recycle IT equipment for
the County Council. It also collects and recycles a wide range of
materials (aluminium,newspaper, wood, printer cartriges, phone batteries,
polythene, plastic bottles, vending machine cups)
Referrals:
The project accepts self referrals that are backed up by a letter
of support from Mental Health Services or GP.
Charges:
Recover Enterprises charges for attendance at the the project. Fees
available on request.

Description:
Workmatch is a registered charity, set up in 1995, to provide training,
work preparation and placements for people with a disability or
disadvantage and aims to supply local businesses and employers with
an original source of well-trained and motivated staff.
Its current projects include a bike workshop, cafeteria and a crops
and seeds project.
